Maui Jim Maui Jim sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. They will repair or replace at their option, upon inspection, to determine if it is warranty or damage from normal or unreasonable use. Lens scratching is not a warranty repair. They do, however, offer low-cost replacements for non-warranty items. Shipping charges are not covered by the warranty, so please send a check or money with your repair for $9.00. Native 1. Native Eyewear warrants that, if your Native sunglasses ever fail for any reason other than loss, we will repair or replace your sunglasses and incur all costs to ship them back to you within the United States. To make a claim, do not return your Natives to the store. Stores are not authorized to provide service under this warranty. Instead, send us the completed Lifetime Warranty Claim Form and a check or money order for $20 to cover the processing of your claim. Make payable to Native Eyewear. All checks and money orders must be in U.S. dollars. The $20 processing fee must be included with each pair of sunglasses returned under this warranty. We encourage you to send your Natives by a traceable method (such as insured mail or UPS), as Native Eyewear is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. For non-delivery or further information, e-mail us at warranty@nativeyewear.com. We will reply within one (1) - two (2) business days. 2. Substitution / Discontinued Sunglasses: Before making a Lifetime Warranty claim, please visit www.nativeyewear.com to ensure your exact sunglasses are currently available (style name / frame & lens color combination). If your exact sunglasses are NOT currently available (i.e. discontinued), please choose a new pair of sunglasses and indicate the substitution item # on your claim form. You can NOT choose a different style sunglass if your style is currently available. Simply choose a new frame & lens color combination within the style you are returning. In the case where your style is no longer available, follow the chart below. Style names and frame colors are printed on the inside of the left sidearm of ALL Native sunglasses. 3. Manufacturer's Defects within the First Year of Purchase: If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship within the first year of purchase, Native Eyewear will return the $20 processing fee along with the repair or replacement of your Native sunglasses. Native Eyewear has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects. Scratched lenses are NOT a manufacturer's defect. You must return your Native sunglasses to Native Eyewear, as described in section #1, and include the $20 processing fee and a dated proof of purchase. 4. Scope and Duration of the Warranty: This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser of these Native sunglasses, and lasts for as long as you own your Natives. This warranty covers all parts of your Native sunglasses and applies to all types of defects or failure, except for loss. This warranty does NOT cover prescription lenses. Native Eyewear is NOT responsible for returning to you your prescription lenses if received in connection with this warranty. 5. Limitation on Damages: For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to the following damages: repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Native Eyewear. Native Eyewear is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from use of this product. Note: some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 6. Reproduction of Customer Letters: Native Eyewear reserves the right to reproduce all or any portion of any customer letter and/or photograph received in connection with this warranty in its advertising or promotional materials without compensation to the customer. The submission of any letter along with a warranty claim will constitute a license permitting Native Eyewear use and reproduction of all or any portion of the customer letter in connection with its business. 7. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State. 8. This warranty extends to residents of the United States only. |

Oakley Low-cost fees will apply for non-warranty and over a year old sunglasses. For further information and details, call Oakley direct at 800-403-7449. You must call Oakley before you send the product in for a Repair Authorization number. Failure to do so will result in your sunglasses returned to you unrepaired. |

Smith A one year warranty against manufacturing defects ( as determined by Smith Sport Optics) from date of purchase.Smith will repair or replace at their discretion any product proving to be defective.This does not apply to damages caused by misuse of the product, lack of reasonable care, user caused scratches to lenses, accidents or loss of the product. If you believe your glasses are defective or if you wish to have them repaired, please return them directly to SMITH. Please include a name, phone number and return shipping address. Pack them carefully to avoid damage during shipping and send them by a traceable method(UPS, Express Mail,etc.) Include proof of purchase and ship to:

Spy Optics 1. Call Spy at 800.SPY.EYES or email warranty@spyoptic.com to first acquire a return authorization number (RA#). 2. Write the R.A.# on the outside of the package. Packages received by Spy with no R.A.# visible will be refused and returned to sender. 3. Send your Spy sunglasses with the following information inside the package: A copy of your receipt dated within one year from an authorized Spy dealer. If you do not have the receipt, we can replace your frame for a nominal processing fee. However discontinued sunglass styles must be accompanied by a receipt. Include a written description of the problem or services that you are requesting with your name, return address and daytime phone number. Our warranty department will contact you regarding the replacement charges. Lens Replacement Service:If your lenses are scratched and you wish to replace them, Spy will gladly send you a new set for a nominal fee. Note: change lenses on the following frames only: Scoop, Scoop GS, Scoop XS, Scoop HS, Micro Scoop, Meteor and Neo Scoop. Please follow the same steps listed above and send your package to: For your protection, please ship your Spy sunglasses using a traceable shipping method (UPS or insured mail), as we can only be responsible for what we actually receive.
