OUR RETURN POLICY
Please return product for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, we do not reimburse for shipping charges. All products must be accompanied with the original or copy of original proof of purchase and must be in brand-new and un- used condition. That means we will not accept any broken or abused frames or scratched or abused lenses.
"Special orders" (not regularly stocked items) are not returnable. Please send back, at returnee's expense, via a traceable method of shipping (such as UPS, certified mail, Fed.Ex., etc.) to ensure the package's safe return. Please also return any accessories such as the sunglass case or lens cleaner that may have accompanied the original product.
